Corsali, Inc. DBA OpenDataLabs ("ODL", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website at https://www.opendatalabs.com and related contact forms, mailing list signups, audit submissions, waitlists, and other public-facing website features (the "Services").

Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by ODL through operation of our public website and related Services, including:

  • personal information of business contacts and counterparty personnel collected in the course of B2B commercial relationships.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.


11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will update the “Last Revised” date at the top of this policy. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users where required by applicable law. Continued use of the website or Services after any update constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Privacy Policy.
